Orders will be shipped via FedEx to United States. Free shipping in the continental US only. International orders, please contact us for best shipping rate. If you have an alternate way of shipping, please contact us. All goods are inspected and carefully packed when shipped. If damage from shipping occurs, all claims must be made with carrier.  If, by chance, there is an error with your shipment, please contact Nautical Specialties Shop.

Cancellations / Revisions
If you need to cancel or revise your order, please contact as soon as possible.

Returns / Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days. We then will contact you with a Return Authorization Number. A restocking fee, if any, will be based upon final inspection. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
